The All Progressives Congress (APC) has laid a fresh demand before the Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, outlining for the Governor areas to focus his mandate of developmentalism in the state.
Naija News reports that the Vice-chairman of the party in Lagos East, Kaoli Olusanya gave the demands while addressing reporters at the party’s secretariat on ACME Road, Ogba Lagos.
Olusanya who is also a former Commissioner for Agric and Cooperatives called on Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to maintain the momentum.
He stressed that the governor has three assignments at the moment.
While listing the areas demand where Sanwo-Olu should draw his attention to, Olusanya pointed the first that Sanwo-Olu should speedily complete the Lagos/Badagry Expressway and township roads so as to provide easy access to homes, ease traffic gridlock, save manpower and ensure bonding with families.
He also noted that sustainable infrastructure must be put in place as well as clearing of canals and drainages during this raining season to checkmate flooding and unexpected deaths especially in some areas in the state.
Olusanya while speaking with newsmen in Lagos, went ahead to urge President Muhammadu Buhari to show Nigerians a clear-cut vision that will enhance development, peace, progress and unity in the country.
