2. UTME 2019: JAMB Delists 76 CBT Centres, See Why

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), says it has delisted 76 Computer-Based Test Centres (CBT) for various infractions during the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to receive President of the United Nations General Assembly (PGA) Ms Maria Espinosa, who is paying a one-day official visit to Nigeria on Monday. 4. Akwa Ibom REC Makes ‘Strong Allegations’ Against APC

The Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) for Akwa Ibom State, Mike Igini, says plans are underway by the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party, to ridicule the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Nigeria’s electoral umpire in the media. Naija News recalls that the legal team of Nsima Ekere, the APC governorship candidate in Akwa Ibom State, led by Victor Iyanam, had accused INEC of frustrating their case by denying them access to materials used in the election.
