Bribery Video: Ganduje Slams Daily Nigerian With N3 billion Law Suit
Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje has filed a N3 billion suit in a Federal High Court against an online news platform, Daily Nigerian, and its publisher, Ja’afar Ja’afar, for defamation of character, slander, libel over publications and releases of video clips alleging that the plaintiff was involved in bribery.
Recall that Daily Nigerian, an online news platform last month, published a story, accompanied with video clips, alleging that Governor Ganduje collected $5 million kick-back from contractors.

Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, the presidential candidate of the Zenith Labour Party, and former governor of Ondo State, has shoved his presidential ambition.
Mimiko indicated his intention to contest the highest seat of power in the country after he joined Zenith Labour Party from Labour Party. He had left the People Democratic Party (PDP) for the Labour Party, shortly after he became an ex-governor.

The Acting Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Mr Ibrahim Magu, has urged operatives of Bureau de Change (BDC) in the country not to be used as accomplice to the corrupt practices of some politicians.

PDP Supporter Killed By Gunmen In Rivers State
A People’s Democratic Party, PDP supporter, has been killed in Rivers State by gunmen in an attack against the chieftains of the party, yesterday evening at Ipo Community, Ikwerre Local Government Area of the state left many others with bullet wounds.
However, the spokesman of Rivers State Police Command, DSP Nnamdi Omoni, who confirmed the incident said the police are not aware that anyone died in the incident.
