Neymar completes sensational €222 million PSG move

-Neymar becomes world’s most expensive footballer.

-He will also wear the no 10 jersey at PSG.

Following months of speculations about the Brazillian star’s future, PSG has now announced the arrival of former Barcelona star, Neymar for a world record fee of €222 million, making him the world’s most expensive player.

This smashes the amount paid by Manchester United to bring Paul Pogba back to England last season.

Earlier reports have it that La Liga had rejected the €222 million cheque lodged by his lawyer due to financial fair play regulations but PSG have now overcome that to land their star target.

The Brazilian attacker signed a five-year contract in the presence of club and player representatives. Neymar Jr is now tied to the club of the capital until June 30, 2022.

With his arrival, PSG will now hope they can wrestle back the Ligue one crown which they lost to Monaco last season as well as challenge for the champions league and other titles.
