Russian Businessman, Alex Konanykhin Offers $1 Million Bounty For Putin

A Russian businessman identified as Alex Konanykhin on Thursday offered a $1 million bounty for the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, captured dead or alive.

The billionaire in a post on his Facebook and LinkedIn accounts had promised to pay the money for the arrest of the Russian President as a war criminal under international laws.

Recall that Putin last Thursday ordered Russian troops to invade its neighbouring country, Ukraine.

Konanykhin in his post further stated that Putin is not the president of Russia because he ‘killed’ his opponent.

Konanykhin after the initial post was banned noted that he did not ask for the Russian President to be killed but wanted him ‘brought to justice.’

He wrote, “Some reports suggest that I promised to pay for the assassination of Putin. It is NOT correct. While such an outcome would be cheered by millions of people around the world, I believe that Putin must be brought to justice.”

“Putin is not the Russian president as he came to power as the result of a special operation of blowing up apartment buildings in Russia, then violated the Constitution by eliminating free elections and murdering his opponents. As an ethnic Russian and a Russian citizen, I see it as my moral duty to facilitate the denazification of Russia.

“I will continue my assistance to Ukraine in its heroic efforts to withstand the onslaught of Putin’s Orda.”

He called on other rich businessmen to add to the bounty seeking for Putin’s arrest.
