1. Tribunal: House Of Rep APC Candidate Withdraws Petition

The candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Enugu State, during the National Assembly election for Enugu North/South Federal Constituency, Mr. Nelson Maduka Arum, prays to withdraw his petition from the tribunal. The APC candidate had dragged Hon, Offor Chukwuegbo of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the Tribunal, seeking the nullification of his victory.

2. Senator Adamu Bulkachuwa Wins At Supreme Court

A suit seeking to sack Adamu Bulkachuwa, the husband of Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa, the Court of Appeal President has been rejected by the Supreme Court. A five-man panel of the apex court in a judgment on Monday dismissed the appeal by Usman Tuggar, challenging the victory of Bulkachuwa as Senator representing Bauchi North senatorial district.

3. Gov. Wike Wins At Supreme Court Over Certificate Scandal

The suit filed against the eligibility of Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, to run the in last governorship election has been struck out by the Supreme Court. A five-man panel of the Supreme Court upheld two appeals by Wike, with which he challenged the leave granted to Elvis Chinda by the Court of Appeal.

4. Atiku vs Buhari: PDP Agent Reveals Shocking Details Of What Happened At Polling Units In Borno State

An agent for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during the 2019 presidential election in Nigeria has revealed some of his experiences in Borno State. The agent, Babagana Kukawa spoke at the resumed hearing of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja on Monday as the 37th witness for the PDP and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
