Naija News recalls that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Buhari who participated in the election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party, winner of the February 23 Presidential election.

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has revealed he would accept the outcome of the Presidential Election Tribunal on his petition challenging the emergence of President Muhammadu Buhari as the winner of the 2019 election. Speaking through the spokesperson of his campaign organisation, Segun Sowunmi, Atiku stated that he would not allow Nigeria to experience crisis or spilling of innocent blood in a bid to get justice.
