What Buhari Said As He Received His Presidential Nomination Form From NCAN
While President Muhammadu Buhari received his nomination form today, he said that a chain of weakest politicians have left the All Progressives Congress, (APC).
Buhari was referring to the series of defections that the part had witnessed recently.
PDP Schedules Presidential Primary Oct. 5, Gov 27 Sept.
Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has taken to its Twitter page to announce that it would hold its presidential election on October 5 and 6 respectively.
This was disclosed by the party’s national Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan.
President Buhari To Lead Nigeria Delegation To 73rd UN General Assembly – Minister
Geoffrey Onyeama, the Foreign Affairs Minister, has said on Tuesday, that Nigeria’s delegation to the 73rd United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, which begins Sept. 18 will be led by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The 73rd UNGA commence Sept. 18 at the UN Headquarters, New York, while the General Debate will hold from Sept. 25 to Oct. 1.

Speaker Dogara Accepts Request To Recontest For Reps Seat
Hon Yakubu Dogara, Nigeria’s House of Representative Speaker has heeded the call of the people of his constituency to seek re-election for Bogoro/Dass/Tafawa Balewa Federal Constituency seat of the House of Representatives.
The Speaker told the teeming crowd who came out in their numbers to show him support, on Tuesday, that he was already thinking about stepping aside, having represented the constituency for almost 12 years now.
