That Will Be The End Of Our Marriage – Toyin Abraham Reveals Warning She Received From Husband

Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has shared how her husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi, played a major role in helping her stop smoking cigarettes after she became pregnant.

Naija News reports that the actress in an interview with Morayo Afolabi said she used to smoke cigarettes in the past but has since stopped.

According to her, she now only vapes occasionally and no longer smokes cigarettes.

Toyin explained that when she became pregnant, her husband reminded her that smoking was no longer an option because of the pregnancy. She said his words stayed with her throughout that period.

The thespian also recalled an incident after giving birth when she smoked during an outing and her husband noticed.

Rather than arguing with her, he told her that her personal choices were hers to make, but made it clear that he would not accept their child taking up smoking or drinking alcohol.

According to the actress, her husband warned that if he ever found such habits in the hands of their child, it would mark the end of their marriage.

She said: “My husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi, is the best thing that has ever happened to me. He let me be me. I used to smoke cigarettes before, but I don’t anymore. Now, I just smoke vape once in a while, but I stopped smoking cigarettes.

“My husband told me something when I got pregnant. He said, ‘I hope you know you can’t smoke anymore. When I gave birth, we went out, I smoked, he saw me, and he didn’t say anything. He just said, ‘I’m not stopping you from smoking or drinking alcohol, but the day I see it in the hand of my child, that will be the end of our marriage.’”
