2027: Igbo APC Members In Lagos Working For Tinubu’s Victory – Igbokwe
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and prominent member of the party in Lagos State, Joe Igbokwe, has disclosed that Igbo members of the APC in the state are mobilising extensively to ensure President Bola Ahmed Tinubu records a resounding victory in the 2027 general election.
Igbokwe said the growing political understanding between the Southern and Northern regions of the country would play a key role in boosting Tinubu’s chances at the polls.
The APC stalwart made this known in a post on his verified Facebook page, where he described himself as a leading voice of Ndigbo within the Lagos APC.
“As the face of Ndigbo in APC Lagos, we are working round the clock to deliver PBAT in 2027 with resounding victory. The votes will speak for itself,” he wrote.
According to Igbokwe, the South-East has begun to appreciate what he termed the “new political dynamics” shaping the country’s future, adding that bridges of cooperation were being built across regions.
“I am glad that the South-East is understanding the dynamics of the new thinking and destination. We are building the bridges that will stand the test of time,” he stated.
He noted that efforts were ongoing to sustain what he described as a fresh political direction for Nigeria.
“We are working hard to maintain the already established new road for a new Nigeria,” Igbokwe added.
The APC chieftain stressed that cooperation between the Northern and Southern parts of Nigeria would significantly ease Tinubu’s path to victory in 2027.
“We are leaving no stone unturned in doing the needful to achieve our target. The new understanding we are seeing in the Southern and Northern parts of Nigeria will make things easy for PBAT,” he said.
Igbokwe further described President Tinubu as a leader committed to transforming the country into a global destination for opportunities.
“The man is building a new Nigeria that will become a destination. All hands should be on deck to assist PBAT to reposition the land of limitless opportunities,” he concluded.
