Kaduna NNPP Chairman Resigns, Dumps Party

The candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) for Dawakin Tofa/Tofa/Rimingado Federal Constituency, Tijjani Abudlkadir Jobe has defeated the son of the Kano State Governor, Umar Ganduje.

Umar lost the House of Representatives election to Jobe on Sunday.

Jobe is the incumbent representative of the constituency at the lower chamber of the National Assembly.

He polled 52, 456 votes against Ganduje, who polled 44,809 votes.
