The Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has assured the members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State that the victory that played out for him would be replicated in the state at the forthcoming elections.

This is as he assured the Ogun State PDP governorship candidate, Oladipupo Adebutu that he would reveal to him “the secret” of how he emerged as the winner of the July 16 2022 governorship polls in Osun State.

Naija News reports that Adeleke told party supporters at the Ake Palace Ground in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital on Wednesday that PDP by God’s grace would replicate its victory in Ogun just like it happened in Osun at the forthcoming governorship election in the state.

Adeleke was optimistic that just like how he became victorious over an incumbent All Progressives Congress (APC) government in the state, Adebutu as well would be victorious to displace the incumbent APC administration led by Governor Dapo Abiodun in Ogun.

He said “I will tell my brother, Lado my secret and the strategies we used to win in Osun.

“What I have to tell you is that the victory that happened in Osun will be replicated in Ogun by God’s grace. The revolution has started in Osun.

“Now that I have come to Ogun, light has come and when light comes, darkness vanishes.”

Naija News reported last week that Adeleke paid a thank you visit to President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa in Abuja, where he appreciated the president for signing in to the Electoral Act 2022.

According to the Osun State governor, it was coming in forth of the Act that aided his victory as governor in the state because it tackled rigging in the July 16 polls.

Adeleke had appreciated the president for the move in the country’s electoral process and that both Nigerians home and abroad are proud of the outcome of the election.
