'Emefiele, Buhari Now Put To Shame' - Fani-Kayode Reacts To Supreme Court's Ruling On Naira Policy

Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has described the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, as the most powerful southern leader in Nigeria.

Naija News reports that Kanu had instructed members of the pro-Biafra group to arrest President Muhammadu Buhari when he arrives in Japan.

Responding, IPOB members wearing Biafra attire and carrying placards carrying various inscriptions protested against Buhari.

In a post on his Twitter page, Fani-Kayode stated that Nnamdi Kanu says things other southern leaders can’t say.

He wrote: “He orders his men to protest in Japan and they do.

“He orders his men to protest in Nuremberg and they do.

“He orders his men to boycott elections and they do.

“He orders his men to shut down the east and they do.

“Does anyone still think Nnamdi Kanu is not relevant?

“Nnamdi Kanu is the most courageous and most powerful southern leader in Nigeria today.

“He says things that other southern leaders think but dare not say.

“He is a formidable force and a major factor in our politics.

“If the FG had sense they would not have treated him so badly.”
