Kaduna Set To Blaze The Trail With Electronic Voting

Governor Nasir Elrufai of Kaduna is set to blaze the trail in Nigeria by adopting electronic voting for the upcoming Local Government Elections in the state.

The machines to be used for the election have terminal weights of 5-10kg and battery lifespan of 16 hours.

The Governor has shown he is not afraid to try new things as long as it brings benefits to the people. The system is expected to end or massively reduce rigging in the election process.
