Why I Appear In Few Nollywood Movies – Akah Nnani

Nollywood actor, Akah Nnani has opened up on the reason he has not acted in a lot of movies compared to his counterparts.

Akah explained that he is very selective with the the movie roles he accept hence the reason his face might not appear on the TV screen often.

Speaking during an interview with Midweek Entertainment, Nnani explained that he is very intentional about his movies because he prefers to be diverse instead of being trapped in a box.

The father of one stated that he enjoys using his art to entertain people.

According to him,“I am not in movies very often because it is very intentional for me. I like to select the scripts, jobs, and characters I accept. I like to be very diverse and I don’t want anyone to put me in a box so I am very selective with the scripts, people, and production houses I work with.”

Former Beauty queen and third wife to the Ooni of Ife, Olori Tobi Philips Ogunwusi, has opened up on how she met the reverend traditional Yoruba monarch.

Naija News recalls that two months ago, the Ooni engaged in a wedding spree that raised eyebrows among many Nigerians.

While some people wondered how Ooni met the beautiful women, others questioned how he would keep up with about seven queens in the IIe-Ife palace.

However, Tobi Philips in an interview with TVC revealed that someone introduced her to the Ooni at a time she was praying about setting down in marriage.

According to her, she didn’t take the relationship seriously and was skeptical of what will happen because she never expected she would be getting married to the Ooni. Tobi said she and the Ooni started dating after they met but didn’t get married at that time because there were so many interferences.
