What Ize-Iyamu Said After Buhari Endorsed Him For Edo 2020

Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Edo 2020 election, has reacted to the endorsement of his candidacy by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Naija News had reported earlier that APC Caretaker Committee Chairman, Mai Mala Buni, said President Buhari endorsed Ize-Iyamu during a Friday meeting at the Presidential Villa, Aso Rock Villa.

President Buhari also presented the party’s flag to the Edo APC governorship candidate ahead of the Edo 2020 governorship election.

Ize-Iyamu took to the micro-blogging site, Twitter to react, and share photos of the flag presentation, noting that the ruling party is on course to win the Edo governorship election.

The APC governorship candidate wrote, “Today at the Villa, I received the flag of our great party, the@OfficialAPCNg, from President@MBuharias the party’s candidate in the Edo Governorship election. Our party is united, strong, and ready for victory at the polls! #EdoMustMoveForward #EdoForAPC #POIGANI.”

Meanwhile, the Chairman of the party’s National Campaign Council and Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje was also at the meeting.
