'I'm Nobody’s Toy' - Achimugu Slams CCB Over Unofficial Invitation

A former media aide to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, Michael Achimugu, who called out and accused the former vice president of corruption, has been appointed Senior Media Assistant to the Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo.

Naija News recalls the former aide earlier this year, in a series of leaked audios posted on the internet had accused Atiku of setting up fake companies and using them to divert government funds to his private pocket while he was in power.

Achimugu further claimed the former Vice President of Nigeria had plans to implement the killing of certain top government officials if he emerged as the winner of the 2023 presidential election.

However, in a new development, Achimugu appeared on Arise TV on Monday morning representing the minister of Aviation in defence of the President, Bola Tinubu on the Chicago State University certificate controversy.

He also claimed in the interview that Atiku has even much more money flagged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the US and, hence should not be helped to scuttle Tinubu’s Presidential victory.

Achimugu during the interview also confirmed his new role as a media aide to Keyamo.
