Manchester United have scaled through to the fourth round of the 2023-2024 Carabao Cup after beating Crystal Palace in the third round on Tuesday night, September 26.

Goals from Alejandro Garnacho, Casemiro, and Anthony Martial sealed a 3-0 win for coach Erik ten Hag’s side.

Burnley showed their superiority over Championship side, Salford City by beating them 4-0. Goals from Sander Berge, Jacob Bruun Larsen, Dara O’Shea, and Wilson Odobert made all the difference.

The biggest surprise in the Carabao Cup third-round campaign on Tuesday happened in the game between Championship side Exeter City and Premier League side Luton Town.

Even though Exeter City played with a man down five minutes after scoring the winner, they managed to knock out the Premier League club with a lone goal.
