Kwankwaso, Buba Galadima Storm INEC Collation Center In Kano

The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso, has arrived at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) headquarters which houses the state collation center.

Naija News gathered that Kwankwaso, in the early hours of Monday morning, arrived at the INEC head office in the company of a party chieftain, Buba Galadima.

The two NNPP stalwarts are outside the INEC office with thousands of party supporters awaiting the declaration of the winner of the Kano governorship election.

In a chat with reporters, Kwankwaso asked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to do the right thing and announce the winner of the contest.

The former Kano State governor called for fairness as he would not want any form of chaos, following an announcement of results in the state.

He, however, expressed disapproval of alleged attempts to declare the governorship election inconclusive by the collation officer.
