Fake NNPP Observers Arrested In Kano State

Security operatives have arrested ten persons discovered to be fake election observers of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in Kano State.

The persons were arrested in Fagge Local Government Area of Kano state during the ongoing governorship and State House of Assembly elections.

The fake election observers were sighted wearing brown jackets with the inscription Election Observers.

Voters at the polling unit were curious about the personality of the persons and upon closer scrutiny, they were found to be fake.

According to reports, the people at the polling unit then called the attention of the policemen on guard and the suspects were rounded up by the police and some good Samaritans.

As at the time of filling this report, the said fake election observers are said to have been transferred to the police headquarters, Bompai for interrogation.
