See How Tinubu Was Received As He Arrives Lagos For Presidential Rally (Video)

With less than 5 days to the 2023 general election, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, has continued to woo supporters as he arrives in Lagos State for his final presidential campaign rally today (Tuesday).

Naija News learnt that as part of the grand campaign rally, the former governor of Lagos State is expected to embark on a roadshow from the airport to the Teslim Balogun Stadium, the venue of the rally.

He will drive on a Motorcade through the Agege Motor Road to Oshodi and head towards Mushin to the stadium.

In the video shared online, Tinubu was received with excitement by the APC chieftains who came to welcome him at the airport.

He also exchanged pleasantries with some of the party members as he jokingly expressed surprise at one of them saying “You are here too.”

Tinubu Hails Buhari

Meanwhile, Bola Tinubu, has appreciated President Muhammadu Buhari for not seeking a third term in office.

Tinubu commended President Buhari for graciously agreeing to leave the office at the expiration of his tenure, unlike former President Olusegun Obasanjo who was seeking to elongate his tenure.

The APC flagbearer stated this at the Yoruba and South West leaders of Thought Summit at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos on Monday.

He said the race to be President is not meant for the weak, stating that the APC and his campaign team have done their homework by campaigning across the country.

Tinubu stressed that the forthcoming presidential election is one opportunity that the South West region has in four years to produce the next President.
