The Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, is currently holding his final state campaign rally in Lagos State at Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Onikan.

Naija News reports that this is coming amidst the thugs that attacked some supporters of the party at Lagos Island earlier today.

From the videos that emerged online, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, might have Peter Obi to contend with as the rally venue was filled with a massive crowd.

One of the videos shows the moment, the former governor of Anambra State arrived at the venue of the campaign and there were jubilations among the supporters.

Nigerian singer, Psquare was also at the venue of the campaign rally as they thrilled the LP supporters with some of their songs.

Peter Obi Is An Opportunist, Not A Revolutionary Leader

In other news, a spokesperson for the Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Council, Daniel Bwala, has said the Labour Party (LP) flagbearer, Peter Obi, is an opportunist and not a revolutionary leader.

In an interview with Channels Television on Thursday, Bwala said the former Governor of Anambra State cashed in on agitation by young people who feel they need a different path.

He said the LP flagbearer cannot win one Northern state in the forthcoming presidential election, saying that he would only do well in the Southern region.

Bwala added that the total number of Obi supporters will not make up the number of supporters that turned out in Katsina for the PDP presidential campaign rally.
