Omokri Mocks Peter Obi Over Kaduna Presidential Campaign Rally
Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has mocked the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, over the turnout at his presidential campaign rally in Kaduna State on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
Naija News reports that the former Governor of Anambra State took his campaign to the North West region after returning to the country from London on Wednesday.
In a viral video, a huge crowd of LP loyalists and ‘Obidients’ were seen applauding Obi when he stormed the Ahmadu Bello Stadium to canvass for support ahead of the forthcoming presidential election.
Reacting in a tweet via his Twitter account on Wednesday, Omokri disagreed that a huge crowd received the LP flagbearer in Kaduna.
The controversial author, who claimed that Obi experienced stadium malfunction in Kaduna, described the LP campaign rally as a wedding reception.
He wrote: “While Obi experienced stadium malfunction in Kaduna, this is what Waziri Atiku experienced in Ogun today!”
He added: “The difference between a wedding reception and a political rally!”
