Alex Ekubo Dumps Ex-Fiance, Fancy Acholunu After Forcing Her To Publicly Apologize

American model, Fancy Acholonu, the ex-fiance of Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo, has set the record straight on the issue regarding her recent public apology.

Naija News recalls that on 26th August 2021, Fancy called off their wedding ceremony which was scheduled to hold in November.

While announcing their separation, a part of the social media post read: ‘Everyone should find their happiness and live in their truth.‘

However, in a statement shared on her Instagram page on Thursday night, December 29, 2022, Fancy apologized for hurting him and his family.

She also revealed how hard it has been for her since she lost him, adding that it felt like grief.

She further noted that her actions were out of character and realized that she could have controlled her emotions and not been so overreactive.

Responding to Fancy’s apology, Alex expressed appreciation to her and prayed that God will bless them all.

Hours after Alex’s reaction online, WhatApp chats between the actor and Fancy made the rounds online with many people speculating that the lovebirds have reconciled.

However, while responding to a series of questions from her followers on Instagram, Fancy revealed that Alex compelled her to put up the apology post as a condition to reconcile and she fell for it.

She noted that irrespective of how things turned out between her and the actor, she is currently at peace and has a full understanding of everything.

According to Fancy, Alex is more concerned about his image and not the harm and pain he had also caused her.
