Deji Adeyanju Reacts As Portable Shows Off Cash He Received For Endorsing Oyetola

Abuja-based social political activist, Deji Adeyanju has slammed fast-rising singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly called portable, for showing off the cash gift he allegedly received from Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola.

Naija News earlier reported that Portable ahead of the Osun gubernatorial election paid a visit to the Oyetola.

In the video sighted online, Portable was seen campaigning for Oyetola as well as the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.

Portable, while leaving the governor to take pictures with some fans, showed off the cash gift he allegedly received from Oyetola.

Someone in the background of the video could be heard insisting to see the money, which prompted Portable to open the bag before grabbing it from the people dragging the bag with him.

Sharing the video on the microblogging platform Twitter, Adeyanju expressed sadness over the situation.

Adeyanji claimed that what was given to Portable wasn’t  ‘money’ but ‘chicken change’.

He wrote: “Must painful part is this is not even money. Just chicken change. I weep for this country.”
