Nigeria Beats Toothless Sao Tome And Principe 10-0
The Super Eagles of Nigeria went on a rampage on Monday and beat toothless Sao Tome And Principe by ten goals.
Naija News reports that Victor Osimhen, Moses Simon, Terem Moffi, Oghenekaro Etebo, Ademola Lookman and Emmanuel Dennis all scored for the Nigerian team in the African Cup of Nations qualifier match.
Napoli player, Osimhen alone recorded four goals on the scoreboard.
Recall that the Super Eagles did not qualify for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
While the Nigerian team recorded seventeen shots on target, the home team recorded no single attempt towards the goal post of the Super Eagles.
Their return match has been scheduled for March 28, 2023.
Naija News reports that the Nigerian team currently leads Group A with six points having won two matches in the qualifying games.
