Abacha’s Daughter Visits Husband, Buni Amidst APC Crisis (Photo)

One of the wives of the Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, Gumsu Abacha, on Saturday shared a picture of them together.

Gumsu who described herself as the daughter of a four-star general on her Twitter account shared a deep smile with her husband.

She took to her Twitter account to share the picture of them amidst the leadership crisis rocking the All Progressives Congress (APC).

There had been attempts to remove Buni who travelled to Dubai for medical reasons as the Caretaker Chairman of the ruling party.

The likes Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State had supported the move to remove Buni as the Caretaker Chairman of the party, while they threw their weight behind the Governor of Niger State, Sani Bello .

Meanwhile, some stakeholders in the APC have insisted that Buni remained the leader of the party despite claims that President Muhammadu Buhari ordered his alleged removal.
