After Sanusi’s Visit, Sultan Of Sokoto Also Visits El-Rufai In Kaduna (Photos)

The Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence, Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III on Monday, visited the Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai.

The Sultan arrived at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim Government House around 12:20 pm in a black SUV.

The Sultan’s visit comes barely 24 hours after the dethroned Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido also visited El-Rufai in Kaduna.

A statement by the Kaduna State government explained that the Sultan was on a private visit to Governor El-Rufai.

State officials that received him upon arrival include the Secretary to the state Government, Balarabe Abbas, Chief of Staff Muhammad Sani Dattijo, State Commissioner Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan as well as the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affair Jafaru Sani Ibrahim.

The Sultan met Governor Nasir El-Rufai in his personal office.
