Gunmen Kills Two In Madakiya Village In Kaduna South, Two Others Injured

Some yet to be identified gunmen on Tuesday, March 3rd attacked Matsirga village, a community in Madakiya, in Zangon Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State, leaving dead two persons, Naija News understands.

It was gathered that the gunmen had attacked the village on Tuesday night at about 9:25 with gunshots that scared residents.

According to a source who confirmed the incident to newsmen, one Ishaku Musa and Mrs Laraba Alaska were gunned down by the gunmen who invaded the community shooting sporadically.

Naija News learnt that Mr Ishaku Musa Waziri and Mrs Laraba Alaska later died while receiving treatment at a hospital.

Further details reveal that the sporadic shooting has put some other two persons in a critical condition, having a series of injuries on their body.

However, the report had it that the two are currently in the hospital receiving proper treatment to their wounds.

Meanwhile, Naija News had reported about two days ago that Suspected gunmen stormed the Igabi and Giwa Local Government Areas of Kaduna State and killed thirty people, several others were also injured during the attack.
