Fani-Kayode Describes Tinubu, Osinbajo As Slaves Over Removal Of AMCON, FIRS Bosses
The Minister of Aviation under the Goodluck Jonathan administration, Femi Fani-Kayode, has mocked the national leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, over the removal of Babatunde Fowler and Muiz Banire as FIRS and AMCON heads.
Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari had appointed Muhammad Nami to replace Fowler as FIRS boss while Banire was replaced with Edward Lametek Adamu as the chairman of AMCON.
The former minister condemned the appointments which are from the Northern part of Nigeria.
Fani-Kayode stated that the former governor of Lagos State, Tinubu and the Vice President who are from the south-west region of the country have been used as slaves by President Muhammadu Buhari in his agenda to rule Nigeria.
The former minister who took to his Twitter account wrote: “Two sons of SW removed as heads of two powerful organisations in finance, namely FIRS and AMCON, in the last 48 hrs & both replaced by northerners. BAT and midget VP how market? It really doesn’t pay to be a slave. After a while they take away even the tiny crumbs they gave you!”
