Aina is among the five defenders called by Coach Gernot Rohr for the clash. Others are Omeruo, Balogun, Ekong, Awaziem, Ajayi and Collins. Aina is also the third player to withdraw from the friendly against the five-time world champions in Singapore.
CD Leganes defender Kenneth Omeruo and Bordeaux winger Samuel Kalu have both pulled out of the game due to injury.
Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr will be expected to name a replacement for the former Chelsea defender.
