Super Eagles winger and Africa Cup of Nations bronze medalist Moses Simon have joined Nantes on a season-long loan from Levante.

In a statement on Thursday, Nantes disclosed that the 24-year-old will spend the remainder of the 2019/2020 campaign on loan at the Ligue 1 side, with a purchase option inserted into the deal.

Nantes had to go into the transfer market in search of a new winger after Marcus Coco suffered an injury on the opening day of the season against Lille.

Moses, who would wear the number 27 jersey at Nantes, made 23 appearances for Levante last season, scoring one goal and providing an assist.
