Hon. Kalu Reveals How He Will Work With Gov. Ikpeazu

The lawmaker representing Bende Federal Constituency of Abia state in the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, has promised to work with the state Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu.

Kalu stated that irrespective of the party differences with Governor Ikpeazu, he is ready to work with the PDP led administration to take Bende Federal constituency in particular, and Abia in general to greater heights.

He stated this during an interview with newsmen after the inauguration of the 9th National Assembly.

Kalu promise to build a healthy inter-relationship with both the executive and the legislature in the state.

Kalu, also eulogized what he termed the level of the intelligence of Governor Ikpeazu, opined that party differences do not often mean constant confrontation to prove a point.

“Abia belongs to all of us. Like I have always said and others have said that as well, political party is just a vehicle to take you to a destination”.
