Soldiers Lose Lives In Boko Haram Attack

Twenty-three soldiers have been reported killed in southwestern Chad on Friday when they were attacked by Boko Haram fighters, a military official told Nigeria News.

It is understood that the attack took place in Dangdala.

“Boko Haram elements attacked the Chadian army position at around 1:00 a.m., killing 23 troops,” the official said, adding that the attack took place at Dangdala. “(They) made off with military equipment.”
