Buhari Speaks On ‘Being Afraid Of Free And Fair Election’

Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari has said that he is not afraid of a free and fair election come 2019 as he is a beneficiary of free and fair election.

He made the disclosute in China on Sunday during an interactive with the Nigerian community in the Asian country.
Buhari who is in China for the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) summit said,.
“I have no fear about free and fair election, because that’s what brought me here,”

He also spoke on houw he lost election thrice and Became Nigeria’s president on the fourth attempt.
“I know what I went through,” he said, adding that, “I tried four times… and the fourth time technology came and helped us and people’s vote counted”.

He also urged Nigerians in China to support his government and vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2019 general election.

President Buhari who is seeking a second term in office would be facing a stiff competition from topnotch politicians like former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar and Senate President Bukola Saraki who are seeking to unseat him come 2019
