Four Personal Aides To Senator Akpabio Resigns

Aides Disassociate Themselves From Any Plan To Defect From PDP

Four personal aides to Godswill Akpabio, the Senate Minority leader and Senator representing Akwa Ibom North West Senatorial District have tendered their resignation letters.

The aides who resigned are reported to be from the four federal constituencies of Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District.

They revealed their decision during a stakeholders meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party, Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District in Abak.

The aides were led by Barr. Utibe Nwoko, Senior Legislative Aide, others are; Chief (Barr) Moses Akpan, Kufre Ini-ima, Prince Ukandu Ukpe.

They disassociated themselves from any planned defection of Akpabio to the All Progressives Congress,they also took the opportunity to pledge their support to the reelection of Governor Udom Emmanuel in 2019.
