Arsenal coach, Arsene Wenger, would be hoping for a positive result when his team team take on premier league leaders, Manchester City in their rescheduled week 28 clash on Thursday.

Arsenal will be playing before their home fans at the Emirates stadium and Wenger and his men would be hoping to avoid another bashing similar to the 3-0 loss they suffered against the same opponent in the finals of the Carabao Cup on Sunday.

City currently sit top of the English premier league with 72 points while Arsenal, with 45 points occupy the 6th position.

A win for Arsenal in today’s game would boost their chances of breaking into the top four as the final games of the season set in while a City win would further strengthen their grip at the top of the league table.

The game is scheduled to kick off by 8:45pm.
