Boko Haram Insurgents Kidnap 3 Men In Yobe

Community leader kidnapped in Rivers state.

Three men have been kidnapped by Boko Haram, following the attack on a public school in Yobe on Monday night.

The abduction has confirmed by the Yobe State Police Command, through its State Commissioner of Police, Sumonu Abdulmaliki.

The terrorists kidnapped three men in Geidam Local Government Area after absconding from a secondary school at Dapchi, Bursari Local Government Area, in the state, Abdulmalik disclosed to newsmen.

The CP explained that the insurgents “ran out of food and carted way foodstuff from the school.”

However, he debunked speculations of any of the students being kidnapped.

He said the terrorists stole foodstuff and gallons of petrol belonging to fuel hawkers (black marketers) as they fled form Dapchi on Monday night.
