The Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Aisha Alhassan, who monitored the election on Saturday described the election as the most peaceful and best election ever conducted by INEC.

She said, “I want to enjoin all parties to accept the outcome of the election, because it was conducted in a most transparent manner devoid of crisis.”

It was learnt that the seat of Ardo Kola State Constituency in the state House of Assembly became vacant due to the death of the member representing the constituency, Mr. Emmanuel Dame, in November last year.
