Arsenal On The Verge Of Signing New Goalkeeper

Arsenal are reportedly close to the signing of 26 year old Germany international keeper, Bernd Leno who currently plays for Bayer Leverkusen in the German league.

The new goalkeeper, goal reports would cost the Gunners a fee in the region of €22m (£19.2m/$25m).

Unai Emery, Arsenal’s new manager is said to be open to the arrival of a new keeper as he continues to mold the team in his image following the departure of Arsene Wenger after 22 years in charge of the London club.

36-year-old Petr Cech and second choice keeper, David Ospina, both have only one year remaining on their current contracts.
