Nigerians on social media have reacted after Popular Ugandan singer, Pallaso was forced to sweep the streets of Masaka City for turning up late for a music show.

This is coming after a huge fight broke out due to the singer’s inability to show up on time for his performance.

The singer later surfaced, staged a good performance, but due to the anger the fans had earlier felt forced him to apologize by sweeping a number of streets in Masaka City.

He later would take to his social media pages on Tuesday to ask for forgiveness from his fans.

To all my fans in Masaka, I sincerely apologize for making it late for the show last night. I understand why you ran out of patience and the situation went out of hand. It was my fault and I am truly sorry,” he wrote.

“I have swept a few streets with my friends downtown Masaka today to remind you that I am your son and you mean the world to me. I can’t be anything without you. I hope my apology will bring you nearer to me. I am so sorry for hurting you. Forgive me please,” he added.

Reacting to the photos of the singer, some social media users maintained that the act was something a Nigerian artist would never do no matter how late they are to a given show.
