2023 Election: Ezekwesili Reveals Reason For Damaged Trust In INEC

The co-founder of the ‘Bring Back Our Girls’ movement, and former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili has on Sunday revealed the party on whose platform she will be contesting the 2019 election to send President Muhammadu Buhari out of power.

The respected activist made her intention to run for the seat of the president known on Saturday.

Allied Congress Party, according to the former minister will be the platforms on which she will be riding on.

Ganiu Galadima, the party’s chairman made this disclosure at the National Convention of the party today at Alexis hotel, Abuja, on Sunday.

Galadima who insisted that Oby Ezekwesili was the best candidates among candidates vying for the seat, according to him, the party was here to give hope to all Nigerians.

We appreciate Mrs Ezekwesili for pitching her tent with the party and we have resolved to work with her,” he said.

Ezekwesili, a former vice president of the World Bank, is best known for leading the movement that has been demanding freedom for all girls kidnapped by the Boko Haram terror group.
