Premier League Matchday 14 Midweek Fixtures, Paul Merson’s Predictions

Former England international, Paul Merson has given his take on the Premier League matchday 14 midweek fixtures, with the ex-Arsenal midfielder expecting a tense set of matches.

The mid-week round kicks off tonight, with Fulham welcoming Manchester City to Craven Cottage. Newcastle United host Tottenham later in the evening, while Bournemouth entertain Everton.

Wednesday brings a busy Premier League schedule. Arsenal return to the Emirates to face Brentford, Chelsea head to Elland Road for a tricky meeting with Leeds United and Liverpool play Sunderland at Anfield.

The week closes on Thursday when Manchester United meet West Ham United under the Old Trafford lights.
