The swearing-in of the 45 ministers-designate of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has commenced at the Conference Centre of the State House in the presidential villa, Abuja.

Naija News reports that the ministers are being sworn in batches of five.

The first batch of the ministers- designate sworn in was led by Lateef Fagbemi, the designated Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation.

Others included in the first batch are Minister of State, Labour and Employment, Nkiruka Onyejeocha, Minister of State, Gas Resources, Ekperipe Ekpo, Minister of Women Affairs, Uju Kennedy and Minister of Education, Prof Tahir Maman.

The swearing-in ceremony was attended by President Tinubu, Vice President, Kashim Shetimma, Senate President Godswill Akpabio and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas and some state governors.
