List Of Popular APC Members, Others Who Failed To Make President Tinubu’s Ministerial List

President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday sent a second batch of 19 ministerial nominees to the National Assembly for screening and confirmation for appointment as Ministers.

Naija News reports that prior to yesterday’s list, the President had sent a first list containing 28 names to the Senate for screening and confirmation.

On both occasions, the list was delivered to the lawmakers by the President’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila.

However, some big names were missing from both lists, sparking reactions from Nigerians particularly as some of them were very influential and visible during the campaigns that led to the emergence of Tinubu, the APC candidate as the President of Nigeria.

Below is the list of some APC top shots who conspicuously missed out on the ministerial list.

2. Festus Keyamo
3. Kayode Fayemi
4. Ben Ayade
5. Dimeji Bankole
6. James Faleke
7. General Abdulrahman Dambazzau (rtd)
8. Sen. Hassan Muhammad
9. Sen. Tokunbo Abiru
10. Ahmed Raji SAN.
11. Aminu Bello Masari
12. Hadiza Bala Usman
13. Nicholas Felix
14. Umaru Tanko Al-Makura
15. Dayo Israel
16. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso
17. Babatunde Raji Fashola
18. Abdullahi Ganduje
19. Sen. Ibrahim Abdullahi-Gobir
20. Sen. Ahmed Sani Yarima

There is however the belief that though these names might have missed out on ministerial nominations, and are yet to get any appointment from the Tinubu government, they would still secure other appointments as there are still several roles to be filled in the current administration.
