Inter Milan goalkeeper, André Onana has arrived in the city of Manchester to undergo his medical test as he prepares to sign a long-term contract with Manchester United.

As of the time of filling in this report, the medical was taking place at Manchester United training center, Carrington. The Cameroonian goalkeeper moved to the center from the airport earlier today, July 19.

André Onana who joined Inter Milan from Ajax has agreed to unite with coach Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford. The Dutch tactician is credited for the goalkeeper’s rise to prominence when they were both at Ajax.

Manchester United will pay Inter a whopping €55 million for the 27-year-old Cameroonian goalkeeper who the club signed for free just a season ago.

On the other hand, Onana and the Red Devils have agreed to a five-year contract that will keep him at Old Trafford until June 30, 2028.

Meanwhile, Liverpool have insisted that they won’t sell their forward, Luís Díaz to Saudi Pro League club, Al Hilal, according to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

Al Hilal have reportedly made a verbal approach to sign the Ecuadorian winger for a transfer fee worth €50 million but the Premier League side are not ready to let him go yet.

Díaz is reportedly in coach Jurgen Klopp’s long-term plans and he is expected to play a major role in Liverpool’s 2023-2024 campaign.
