The Masses Are Suffering, This New Petrol Price Is Big Problem – Veteran Actor Baba Wande Begs President Tinubu

Veteran Nollywood actor, Baba Wande on Tuesday made a public appeal to President Bola Tinubu following the increase in the pump prices of Petrol, known as Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), from 537 to 617 naira per Litre.

Naija News earlier reported that the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has further increased pump prices of Petrol across the country.

NNPC filling stations in Abuja witnessed brief queues, particularly the one located along Murtala Mohammed Express road in Kado remained shut for a few hours as the Petrol attendants adjusted their fuel pumps to reflect the new price of 617 Naira.

Following the development, the actor via his social media shared a video to plea with Tinubu to bring down the pump price of petrol, saying a lot of people are suffering and can barely eat a square meal.

According to Baba Wande, the petrol price is a big issue, the masses are suffering, there is no food to eat, graduates are jobless.

He said “Yoruba people have successfully attained the highest position of the country,since awolowo and MKO tried to do that but they didn’t allow them, tinubu has done it now, he should pls bring down the price of petrol”.
