Adamu Garba Reacts As Petrol Pump Price Hits N617 Under Tinubu's Watch
President Bola Tinubu and Adamu Garba

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adamu Garba, has appealed to Nigerians to be patient with President Bola Tinubu over the increased hardship in the country.

The former presidential aspirant took to his Twitter page on Tuesday evening to assert that Tinubu is working to get the country on the right track.

According to him, the Nigerian leader knows what he is doing.

Dear Nigerians. Bear with President Tinubu. He is working to get us on the right, pragmatic pedestal.

“Tinubu knows exactly what he is doing, and it is for the benefit of all of us. Trust him, like I do,” Garba wrote on the microblogging platform.

Naija News reports that many Nigerians have been reacting differently since the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) further announced an increase in the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), better known as fuel or petrol, from 537 to 617 naira Per Litre.

NNPC filling stations increased their prices across the country on Tuesday morning. Reports also revealed that NNPC filling stations in Abuja witnessed brief queues, particularly the one located along Murtala Mohammed Express road; Kado remained shut for a few hours as the Petrol attendants adjusted their fuel pumps to reflect the new price of 617 naira.
