#NigeriaDecides2023: Results Are Being Rewritten – Labour Party Chieftain Raises Alarm

A spokesperson for Peter Obi, Datti Baba-Ahmed Presidential Campaign Council, Ndi Kato, has alleged that results are being rewritten.

Naija News reports that Kato took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter on Sunday to call on Nigerians to go back to the collation centres.

According to her, results are being manipulated at the centres and there is a need for monitoring.

She said, “They are beginning to rewrite these results o. Lord of mercy!

“Please, people let us return to collation centres.”

Meanwhile another chieftain of the party, Pat Utomi also cried out yesterday at INEC’s delay in uploading results on its viewing portal hours after the close of the election.

Utomi said the inability to log on to the INEC  viewing portal might cause a protest among the youths who suspect anything.

Utomi said: “Just spoke to Labour Party Chairman Abure who fears that the upload failure epidemic may be seen by the youth as an attempt to rig a clear Labour landslide across the country. He is scared that if they hit the streets Nigeria could burn. I urge Chairman Yakubu to redeem himself.”
