Labour Party Chairman In FCT Dies In His Sleep

The Labour Party (LP) Chairman in the Karshi district of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Valentine Onuigbo, is dead.

Naija News reports that Onuigbo reportedly died in his sleep before the early hours of Saturday, which is the much-anticipated election day.

It was gathered that family members found out that he had died in his sleep this morning.

His body has now been deposited in Asokoro Hospital mutuary in the nation’s capital.
This platform understands that until his death, Onuigbo was actively involved in the preparation and coordinating of pre-election activities of the party till late Friday night.

He was said to have anxiously waited for today to witness and cast his vote before he died in his sleep.
